Refund policy

Each product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Because of this production model, our return and refund conditions are slightly different from traditional retail.

Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.



Made-to-order items

All of our pieces are printed or embroidered on demand. This means your item is created specifically for you and is not taken from pre-existing stock.

For that reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to:

change of mind

incorrect size selection

personal preference

ordering the wrong color or design

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, measurements and size guides before completing the purchase.



Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, faulty, or if you received the wrong product, we sincerely apologize.

In these situations, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.



How to report a problem

To resolve the issue quickly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

your order number

a clear description of the issue

photos showing the problem (including the full item)

Claims submitted without photos may not be eligible for resolution.



What happens next

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will:

send a replacement at no additional cost, or

issue a refund to your original payment method

You may not be required to return the item. In many cases, we will ask you to keep or responsibly dispose of it.



Late or missing claims

Requests made more than 7 days after delivery may not be accepted.



Order changes & cancellations

Because production begins quickly, orders can only be modified or cancelled within a short window after purchase.

Refund processing time

If a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or provider.



Shipping costs

We do not refund original shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
